The AbFab Lausanne “Détente” team brings together those who love to play volleyball, combining recreation and competition, while maintaining the desire to progress and share good moments.
People come for the joy of the game, the camaraderie, and that team spirit that makes all the difference.
Our training sessions combine technical skills — to work on fundamentals and improve coordination — and game phases, where everyone finds their place on the court.
Having fun, learning, encouraging, and pushing oneself are part of the team’s daily life.
The group is mixed, multicultural, and inclusive, just like the club. Our members are varied: some already have good volleyball experience, others are returning or discovering new playing sensations. This mix of backgrounds and levels creates a supportive atmosphere where everyone can evolve at their own pace.
In a way, the Détente team is AbFab’s gateway: it’s often here that new faces meet the community and discover the club’s philosophy.

We train every Monday from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Élysée multi-purpose hall in Lausanne.
